Entry Requirements

In general, entry to a Foundation Certificate course at SIC requires you to have passed Grade 12 (or equivalent) to a specific level. 

English language entry requirements

UKBA regulations stipulate that all International Students who wish to study at university level in the UK must have taken a Secure English Language Test (SELT). 

Curriculum

Foundation Certificate courses contain the following elements:

Academic skills modules
Develop key academic skills including research, writing, presentation and analysis.

Subject modules
Understand the basics of your chosen area of study before focusing on the particular topics and skills you will need most in your chosen undergraduate degree course.

Student Tutorials
All Business, Law and Social Sciences students have a Learning Support Tutor who will work with you throughout your academic course at the college, and support you in achieving your study goals.
