The University of Brighton is spread across three locations on the south coast of England. It has one of the warmest climates in the UK and the university’s safe and peaceful campuses combine English architecture with modern buildings.

Brighton
Situated on the south coast of England, less than an hour away from London and only 30 minutes away from Gatwick International airport, Brighton is vibrant, colourful and creative – a great place to be a student. Brighton combines the energy and cosmopolitan feel of London with a friendly atmosphere and sense of community. It has a reputation for being free-thinking and valuing different cultures and is known for its exciting cultural, music and social life. Brighton is home to a fast-growing, creative, digital and IT industry and the Lonely Planet rates it alongside Cape Town, Rio and Sydney as one of its top 10 cities with brilliant beaches, describing it as ‘a thriving, cosmopolitan city with a Bohemian spirit’.

Eastbourne
Considered the sunniest place in the UK, Eastbourne is a lively seaside town surrounded by beautiful countryside. The campus is located at the foot of the South Downs National Park and is less than 20 minutes’ walk from the beach. Eastbourne is 30 minutes along the coast from Brighton, and has a variety of bars and restaurants, as well as affordable high street shopping. Eastbourne also has a thriving arts and music scene. Students enjoy the sense of community provided by our friendly Eastbourne campus.

Hastings
Half an hour from Eastbourne, Hastings offers something for everyone. Hastings is a historic and beautiful town with a vibrant arts and live music scene. Hastings Old Town is an area of history and culture and by contrast, the town centre provides typical high street shops. The dramatic coastline and beautiful countryside provide a wealth of outdoor activities.
