Kaima, a Cantonese label for ‘godmother’ has somehow curiously manifested itself into a hybrid form of a dish in Subang. And the one and only place you’ll be able to taste this particularly exotic dish is situated right at a hidden alley (hence the name Lorong), same row as Gong Cha.
