DORMITORY ACCOMMODATION
The AIS Dormitory is a three-level building situated at the St Helens Campus. It provides fully furnished accommodation with a study area for 120 residents in single, twin and multi-share rooms.
The dormitory office is is open on weekdays from 8.30am to 5.00pm and is located on Level 1, beside the main entrance of the dormitory. The security staffs oversee the dormitory during and after hours especially during weekends and public holidays. A kitchen is also provided for the preparation of meals with a dining room area. Furthermore, mini fridges for rooms can also be hired.
HOMESTAY ACCOMMODATION
AIS has a list of carefully selected and approved homestay families to choose from. They can arrange placement for students who wish to live in a family environment. Homestays can be organised before the student arrives in New Zealand. Though some students chose another form of accommodation when they first arrive, such as the AIS dormitory, and later decide to move into a homestay. In either instance, two weeks of notice is required for AIS to arrange a comfortable homestay accommodation for their students tailored to their needs.

Campus

 The AIS St Helens campuse is located 10-15 minutes from the Auckland Central Business District (CBD) in Western Springs, Auckland. At the Main Campus there is a library, a few computer labs for study and internet/email access, a tennis court, spacious cafeteria, devotional room, wide open spaces for students to have a breather outside and free parking is provided on campus. Travelling to and fro is easy as the campus is located close to Auckland’s North Western motorway, train and bus services are frequent.
