About
Quantity surveying is a lesser-known degree that teaches students measurement, construction technology, economics, and the legal elements of building contracts. The curriculum is unusual in that it focuses on building and infrastructure measuring work in civil engineering. The purpose is to develop qualified quantity surveying graduates who can work in the field. Quantity surveyors are responsible for estimating construction costs, handling finances, and supervising contractual administration in building projects. - SPM : 3 credits including Mathematics
- O-Level : 3 credits including Mathematics
- UEC : 3Bs including Mathematics
- SAM/HSC : TER/UIA 50% average in 5 subjects including Mathematics
- Canadian Pre-U/CIMP : Minimum average of 50% in 6 subjects including Mathematics
- Certi cate : CGPA of 2.00 in a relevant fi eld
- Others : Equivalent qualifi cation recognised by the Malaysian Government
