About Western Connecticut State University
Both Campuses offer our students great recreational services. The Cardio Room, located on the first floor of the Westside Campus Center features bikes, ellipticals, treadmills and much more. All for you to use FREE OF CHARGE.
The Game Room, located on the second level of the Midtown Student Center, provides a wide range of recreational activities from billiards/pool FREE of charge and air hockey to board games.
Danbury is a city in northern Fairfield County, Connecticut, United States, approximately 70 miles from New York City. Danbury's population at the 2010 census was 80,893. Danbury is the fourth most-populous city in Fairfield County, and seventh among Connecticut cities. The city is located within the New York metropolitan area.
- Housing Deposit - $250.00 per year. Students are contracted for the entire year, and must apply if they need to request to be released from their contract for any reason prior to the end of the contract period (academic year). The year long contract does not include the Intersession Break period, when housing is available at an additional cost and by application only in specified residence halls.
- Due dates for returning students are March 22nd for the following fall semester.
- New students’ deposits (to guarantee a space on campus) are due by May 1st for the following fall semester.
- Housing deposits are non-refundable.
