University of the Southwest

Founded in 1962, University of the Southwest (USW) is a private, four-year Christian university located in Hobbs, New Mexico. Regionally accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, the university offers undergraduate and graduate degrees both on-campus and online, and was recently ranked by U.S. News and World Report for 'Top Online Education Programs' and 'Top Online Business Programs'.

At University of the Southwest our state-of-the-art residence halls are carefully designed to provide you a wonderful home away from home.  Economical and convenient, our residence halls are located adjacent to academic buildings and other buildings on campus. 

The campus features the Scarborough Memorial Library, classrooms, a cafeteria, a game room, a coffee shop, well-equipped laboratories, an auditorium, and five residence halls. Sports facilities include fitness room, a multipurpose gymnasium, as well as basketball and volleyball, and a racquetball court.

The campus is located in Hobbs, New Mexico. Hobbs city center is only 15 minutes away.
