About Union College

Established in 1795, Union College is a small, independent, private liberal arts college. It is located in Schenectady, New York.

Union College was the first college chartered by the Board of Regents of the State of New York. Faculty, staff, and administrators welcome diverse and talented students into its community, work closely with them to provide a broad and deep education, and guide them in finding and cultivating their passions.
