About Southeastern University (Florida)
Our campus is in sunny Lakeland, Florida, meaning students are treated to great weather and outdoor activities throughout the year. Lakeland is a vibrant community with a small-town feel and plenty of things to do. If you’re looking for more, SEU is within an hour’s drive of some of the nation’s best beaches, as well as theme parks such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens.
About 1,500 students live on campus among our 7 residence halls, with construction on another underway, which will add space for approximately 400 additional students. Each residence hall is gender-specific, includes Wi-Fi and comes furnished with a bed, dresser and desk with chair. There are also cable and phone outlets, and students are allowed to bring small appliances such as mini-refrigerators and microwaves. Residence halls also have many common areas for students, including study lounges and courtyards. In particular, the courtyard between Esperanza and Destino Halls has numerous hammocks, a fire pit and a full-sized sand volleyball court!
