For many, living with friends and peers is a quintessential part of the college experience, and The Office of Residential Life and Housing can connect you with the resources and information you need about School-Sponsored Housing and/or independent housing referral services.
In the School-Sponsored Housing program, you’ll be assigned to a unit in a local apartment complex along with other students. Student Resident Assistants will also live on-site and can help you connect with your peers by facilitating on-site activities and social, cultural, and creative programs. Basic furnishing and utilities are included in the quarterly housing charge.
Not all Art Institutes locations offer School-Sponsored Housing.
