Residence Hall Options for First Year Students

Eligibility: Students must first apply for admission to Boise State University and be enrolled in 8 or more credits by the time they physically move into Housing with first priority given to full fee paying students. Our first year residence halls are designed for those students coming directly from high school.

Suite-style and Townhome Options for Sophomore and Above Students

Eligibility: Students must first apply for admission to Boise State University and be enrolled in 8 or more credits by the time they physically move into on-campus housing, with first priority given to full fee paying students. To live in these suite-style buildings, they also must meet one of the following criteria: At least 20 years of age at the time of move-in OR sophomore class standing (26+ credits) OR lived successfully lived on campus for at least one year.

University Apartments

UTILITIES: 
Electricity, water, sewer, internet (wireless and wired), HD Cable, laundry, and trash are provided to residents for a monthly flat fee charged every month (posted to their student account) in addition to the rent. Residents will see this charge on their account on or around the 15 of each month for the previous months charges.  If utilities consumption (gas and electric only) exceeds a “Utilities Cap” in any given month, Housing and Residence will post the set Utilities Flat Fee as well as the difference between the Utilities Cap and the total cost of the bill (gas and electricity only). ELIGIBILITY
Students must first apply for admission to Boise State University and be enrolled in 8 or more credits by the time they physically move into on-campus housing with first priority given to full fee paying students. Students must meet one of the following criteria: At least 20 years of age at the time of move-in, OR Sophomore class standing (26+ credits), OR lived on campus for at least one year, OR qualifies as a head of household with dependents.
