The University of Gloucestershire was formed in 1834 as the Mechanics' Institute, it became a University after gaining university status in 2001. The Park (Cheltenham) is near to the Cheltenham town centre, the campus is the base for Accounting, Business, Law, Marketing, Film, Media, and Computing courses.
