Some lecturers are really good but that's about it. The ones taht are good manage to command attention without resorting to childish methods and really try to help students do well and understand the lectures.
I have to say, often i find that Inti's efforts to hire more Doctors to teach backfires. I understand that they may be more qualified due to their extended educations but I honestly find that 99% of the time, the non-doctors teach much better than those with doctorates. I have had about 8 lecturers with doctorates and only 1 of them have impressed me with their teaching skills. Maybe INTI should reconsider their bias that people with doctorates are more qualified to teach because they may be intelligent people but it doesn't mean that they are better lecturers. Also, INTI Penang should really increase the number of facilities provided
