About HELP College of Arts and Technology (HELP CAT)

HELP College of Art & Technology (HELP CAT) was formerly known as HELP International College of Technology (HICT). Established as a city college in May 2011, the HELP CAT campus in Fraser Business Park, Sungai Besi is a part of the multi-campus development of the HELP Group. 

HELP CAT offers home-grown foundation, diploma, vocational and professional programmes as well as ‘3+0’ programmes through partnerships with distinguished overseas universities such as University of London and Anglia Ruskin University. The range of programmes offered will provide students with relevant pathways to undergraduate studies and professional qualifications.

Campus information

HELP CAT campus is located at Fraser Business Park, Sungai Besi. There is a bridge link that connects the college to the Chan Sow Lin LRT Station, allowing for easy access and travelling to other places. To enhance student experience, various facilities and services can be found on campus and around the area, including accommodation, eateries, and other student support services.

City Campus Lodge 

Asrama City Campus Lodge is strategically located in Metro Mall at Fraser Business Park, right above HELP CAT. Hostel rooms come in single and twin sharing room packages, each room fully furnished with single bed set and mattress protector, built-in wardrobe (sharing), study table and chair, air conditioning, and ensuite bathroom facilities. Other common facilities include a 24-hour reception counter, an in-house Coffee House, a link bridge to Chan Sow Lin LRT station, Student Affairs Centre, study lounge, water dispenser, self-launderette centre, pantry room, 24-hour in-house security system, and a direct lift access to HELP CAT.

Only 3 to 5 km from Kuala Lumpur City Center, it is easily accessible by car, public transports and Light Rapid Transit (LRT). Convenient stores, restaurants, travel agencies, pharmacy and banks can be found nearby. Famous attractions such as Pudu Market, Petaling Street, Bukit Bintang and Suria KLCC are also just within vicinity. 

One-Stop serviced apartment

One-Stop provides serviced apartments consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study room, kitchen, dining area and living room. All apartments are fully furnished with air conditioners, sofa sets, single beds, built-in wardrobes (sharing), LCD television, refrigerator, microwave and purified drinking hot / cold water dispenser. There are also a range of free facilities and services available: including WIFI, 24-hour security, CCTV, tennis courts, gym, self-service laundry service, swimming pool, playground, weekly housekeeping service, and 24-hour reception service. 

Also located in Fraser Business Park, One-Stop apartments are connected to Chan Sow Lin LRT station via linked bridge, and are surrounded by restaurants, cafes, convenient stores and bank. It is a 10-minute drive to city centre and a 3-minute walk to HELP CAT.
