Leow Ho Eng Wins Malaysian Law Scholarship to King’s College London!

Winner of the Malaysian Law Scholarship to King’s College, London, Leow Ho Eng has won several academic awards over the past two years. In 2014, he was awarded the Cambridge Outstanding Award for Top Student in the World for AS Level Law and the latest feather in his cap is the prestigious Malaysian Law Scholarship for scoring the highest grades in the University of London International Programmes (Law) Intermediate (Year 1) May 2016 examinations.

Right after his SPM, Ho Eng was awarded the Star Education Fund Scholarship to pursue the Cambridge International Examinations A-Level programme at Brickfields Asia College (BAC) where he says he became “fascinated and intrigued by the subject of law because of the complex legal procedures and the creative way in which judges make their decisions on convoluted cases.”

With a particular fascination for criminal law “due to my lifelong ambition to become a police officer,” Ho Eng says that “self-disciple was one of the most important values I learnt at BAC without which I don’t think I could have made it through such a strenuous programme as the UOL International Programmes Law.”

Registrations for the UOL and UKT September intakes are now open. Sign up now as seats are limited. For more information about BAC’s law programmes, the Masterclass Series and the Professional Plus Series, please call 03-2274 4165.
