EduCity Village

A home away from home, the 12 ½ storey building offers hostel and apartment style offers 652 beds, 24 multi-tier security with CCTV surveillance, cafeteria, launderette, indoor games area, outdoor badminton, basketball court, student lounge and reading area all under one roof. There are also cars and electrical scooters available for rent from EduCity Village to other main areas within the hub.

EduCity Hub:

A customised building to support an ideal student lifestyle where you can study in comfort. Some of the facilities provided are discussion rooms, a student lounge, a jamming studio,a multipurpose hall that can be turned into an exam hall, classrooms and with an in built floor to ceiling mirror, a dance studio. There are also 24-hour services for Security, a Convenience Store and an established F&B operator.

EduCity is highly accessible via the Coastal Highway, linked directly to Medini Iskandar with Johor Bahru city centre. Its strategic location also makes a border-crossing journey to Singapore quick and easy. It only takes 30 minutes’ drive to arrive in Singapore via the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link expressway.
