About Mount Royal University

Mount Royal University(MRU) is a public university in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. MRU founded in year 1910 as a primary and secondary school and became a post-secondary institution as Mount Royal College(MRC).

MRC was renamed as Mount Royal University later in year 2009. MRU is comprising 13 schools and faculties currently including the Bisett School of Business, the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Communications Studies, and COnservatory (Music).

There's student centre housing various  of student services- Wyckam House, which operates by the Student Association of Mount Royal University(SAMRU). SAMRU is owned and operated by Mount Royal credit students, and offers a variety of services for the members.

Campus information

There are two campus of Mount Royal University which are Lincoln Park Campus(main campus) located at Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Springbank Campus that located at Springbank, Alberta, Canada.

Mount Royal University has beautiful campus that including an award-winning ec-building, state-of-the-art classrooms and etc. There are various of facilities offered by MRU as well as residence services which enable students to have a 'living in campus' feelings.

Variety of student services are provided in Wyckam House that operates by the Students Associatio of Mount Royal University(SAMRU).

The services including several food kiosks, a used bookstore, a copy centre, an eco-store and the hub, the campus pub. These are easily accessible to the students in MRU.
