UCSI University

UCSI was not only featured for the first time but is now ranked the highest among private Malaysian institutions at number 481. The 32 year old university has proven to be a cultural melting pot with students from over 100 different countries.

Their campuses in Kuala Lumpur, Terengganu and Sarawak are well equipped to facilitate its multidisciplinary students. Some of their recognized courses are in Music, Hospitality and Tourism  and Engineering.

In 2018 UCSI became the first Malaysian private institution to be recognized by the United Nations Universities (the academic wing of the United Nations).

UCSI’s alumni have also made the Forbes 30 under 30 list through their social entrepreneurship contributions. This is definitely no easy feat!

Taylor's University logo

Taylor's University

To many Malaysian’s the Taylor’s brand has already become synonymous with premium or high end education (we’re talking BIG ka-ching’s). With over 49 years of experience, Taylors is no new-face in the education scene.

Their lakeside campus is remarked for its state of the art functionality and lush greenery. It is also strategically linked by all major highways in Klang Valley. Don’t have to worry about getting lost on your first day to Uni!

If Instagrammable places are your thing then you’d definitely fall in love with this campus (seriously someone should consider making this campus a tourist spot).

The on-campus facilities are also well thought of meeting the need of every student. From the sick bay to the music studio, this campus has everything!

Taylor's flexible courses are one of its well recognized features. You can curate your very own curriculum based on your requirements and interests. This is probably really appealing to all of you indecisive people out there!

UNITEN logo

Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN)

UNITEN is a higher learning institution with a niche in Engineering, Information Technology and Business Management that is owned by Tenaga Nasional Berhad.

This leads to a first in line opportunity to intern and work with TNB (the largest electricity utility in Malaysia). What an advantage!

In line with our constantly evolving world, UNITEN embraces a culture which prioritizes change. New courses are introduced to further prepare their students in accordance with current industry climates. As a UNITEN student you’d never have to worry about becoming outdated.

UNITEN has two campuses in Malaysia, the Putrajaya campus being the bigger one and the  Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah campus.

UNITEN also prides its on-campus facilities which encompasses everything from a sports and recreational centre to a large library. All you bookworms out there take note!

MMU University logo

Multimedia University (MMU)

MMU is a wholly owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia as part of their corporate social responsibilities. MMU being one of the firsts, paved the pathway for other private institutions in Malaysia.

Being set up by the number one internet provider in Malaysia (Telekom Malaysia BHD) you’re probably not going to face any issues with the on campus WI-FI (don’t take our word for it though!)

MMU is probably best known for its mutually beneficial collaborations with academic, governmental and industrious clients. Some of their collaboration with the worlds best in tech include those with Dell, Intel, Microsoft and Motorola (talk about brushing shoulders with some big-wigs).

The university has also achieved premier digital tech university status along with seven other universities in 2017.  Very fitting for a tech university of course.

Take a look at MMU's programmes and courses.
